Thank you for choosing our handmade Horner Knives! We take pride in crafting each knife with exceptional quality and attention to detail. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange a product. Please review our return policy below:

Horner Knives USA wants to be sure you love your Hand-Crafted Knife. If you are unhappy with any item purchased, please Contact us immediately and we will remedy the problem to the best of our ability. We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If the box containing your order appears to be damaged upon its arrival, refuse acceptance of the delivery. If this is not feasible as the package was left at your door, please take several photos of package conditions before opening the package. Do not discard the original packaging.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please Contact us to let us know that the shipment arrived damaged.

We may request photographs or a detailed description of the damage or defect to assess the situation.

If the product inside the package is damaged, please take several photos of the damage. This information is required for insurance claim purposes.

Any order that is received damaged must be reported to us at the time it is received.

We will contact the shipping service and will advise you on your options.

Please note that, unless reported immediately upon receipt, damaged orders will not be accepted for return. If you notice that the package has been damaged or mistreated, please take several photos of package conditions before opening the package.  

If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, please Contact us. Horner Knives USA will work with you to arrange the return shipping and pay the costs. Such returns may be subject to a review period before a replacement item or refund is issued.

We will ship you another item to replace the damaged one as soon as all carrier insurance paperwork is processed.

Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy applies to all Horner handmade knives purchased directly from our company.

Knives must be in their original, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage.

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return or exchange the knife, please Contact us within the specified timeframe.

To initiate a return or exchange, you will need to provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

We may request additional information or photographs of the product to assess its condition before approving the return or exchange.


Upon receiving the returned knife and verifying its condition, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Please note that any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.


If you wish to exchange your knife for a different model or design, please Contact us to arrange the exchange.

The exchanged product must be of equal or lesser value than the original purchase. If the desired product is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.

Any shipping costs associated with the exchange will be your responsibility unless the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Carrier and Packaging

We ship our orders through UPS. In-stock items are normally shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your item.
